I’ll be participating in the Tewksbury Historical Society’s 32nd Annual Art Exhibition (Hunterdon County, NJ) coming up in just a couple of weeks with my painting, ‘The Lonely Chair’. Opening night is always celebratory with epicurean boxed suppers catered by local chefs, served outdoors at twilight (or easily carried as Take-out for later), and the selection of art is always high level. Tickets go fast and you have to order online before the event which takes place October 4, 4-6 pm. You can get the details here.

October 13 is the opening for the 10th annual Art Exhibition at the historic Stover Mill Gallery, located in Erwinna PA, and which is Bucks County’s longest continuously running art gallery located right on the banks of the Delaware River. Stover Mill has been a showcase for outstanding regional artists so I’m honored to be included in this show as well. This is my second time participating at Stover Mill. My entry for this one is ‘Marsh Reflection’, part of an ongoing series of Marsh paintings I’ve done since 2019. You can get all the details about the show  here.  Since the opening is on a Sunday afternoon, it’s a perfect time to make a day trip to Bucks County and explore all it has to offer.

I hope you’ll be able to see one or both of these exhibitions -Tewksbury runs for a week, Stover Mill for weekends only through October. As convenient as the digital world makes sharing art, there’s nothing like seeing it in person!
